Returns
All sales are considered final. However, we do understand that issues may arise with your order such as damage that may have occurred in transit, or from manufacturing defects of individual items or their components. While we always intend to deliver your order completely and correctly, it is inevitable that an order may have the wrong item or be missing an item. In such circumstances, please refer to our “Trust Me Bro” guarantee.

While we do not offer returns for our products, we do stand by our selection of products and will go through the effort to explore and provide reasonable remedies should issues arise with your order. We take this approach that way we can provide the quickest and most sustainable remedy as each case is different.
In order to receive support, please reach out to us via the contact form on our website within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, context of the issue, and photos/videos showcasing the issue.

Missing Product/Component
Should an item be missing upon arrival, we will either send out the missing item/component or provide a refund for the missing item/component.
Damaged/Defective Product
In the event of shipping damage or defective products, we will work to identify if the entire item needs replacement or if components can be replaced. I.e. if a foam cannon bottle has broken, we would replace the bottle, if an o-ring falls out of a coupler we can either send you replacement o-rings or provide you a partial refund equal to what purchasing those o-rings from a hardware store local to you would be.
In some instances we may require that defective items be sent back to us prior to replacement, for the manufacturer to inspect and root cause the point of failure to improve their manufacturing process.
